KlickEx Easter Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Title: KlickEx Easter Promotion.
   
2. Promoter: This promotion is organised by KlickEx Pacific Pte Limited (“KlickEx”).
3. Promotion Period: The promotion commences at 00:00 Fiji Time (FJT) on Monday, April 7th, 2025, and concludes at 23:59 FJT on Sunday, April 20th, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).
4. Eligibility:
   • This promotion is open to registered KlickEx account holders who are residents of New Zealand, and Australia.
   • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
   • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of KlickEx are not eligible to participate.
   • KlickEx reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant.
   • Winners will be drawn at random, in a supervised environment in the KlickEx office in Auckland.

5. How to Participate:
   • To be eligible for the daily prize draw, participants must complete at least one (1) successful transaction using their KlickEx account during the respective day of the Promotion Period.
   •  A “successful transaction” is defined as a completed money transfer or mobile top up transfer initiated and finalised through the KlickEx platform.
   • Each successful transaction during a single day constitutes one (1) entry for that day’s prize draw. Multiple transactions on the same day will result in multiple entries for that day’s draw.

6. Prizes: The following prizes are available to be won during the Promotion Period:

• • Tuesday, April 8th, 2025:  2 Tickets to the Blues Vs Moana Pasifika Game (this prize will be accessible to be won by all customers making a transaction of $200 or more between Monday the 7th of April and 11:59AM on Friday the 11th of April.
  • Wednesday, April 9th, 2025:  $100 NZ Meat Box for NZ customers (Delivery or voucher details to be determined by KlickEx).
  • Thursday, April 10th, 2025: $100 AUD Voucher (Specific retailer to be determined by KlickEx).
  • Friday, April 11th, 2025: $100 AU/NZD deposited to your KlickEx account. 
  • Monday, April 14th, 2025: $100 NZD Top-up (Mobile top-up method to any Digicel Pacific or Vodafone Pacific or Our Telekom number).
  • Tuesday, April 15th, 2025: $100 AUD Voucher (Specific retailer to be determined by KlickEx).
  • Wednesday, April 16th, 2025: WIN Free transaction for a week (This prize will be valid for 7 consecutive days starting from the date of notification to the winner. Standard transaction limits may still apply).
  • Thursday, April 17th, 2025: $100 AUD/ NZD credited to the winner’s KlickEx account.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

• • One (1) winner will be randomly drawn for each daily prize from all eligible entries received on that specific day.
  • Draws will take place each day by 11am local time in Auckland, in the KlickEx Office.
  • Winners will be notified via email and also via the phone number associated with their KlickEx account within 2 hours of the draw.
  • KlickEx will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days of the first notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and KlickEx reserves the right to draw an alternative winner for that prize.

8. Prize Redemption:

• • Tickets to the Blues Vs Moana Game: KlickEx will provide the winner with details on how to claim their tickets. This may involve physical collection or electronic transfer.
  • Meatbox/Top-up (NZ): KlickEx will arrange for the delivery of the meatbox or the mobile/other top-up to the winner’s nominated address/account in New Zealand.
  • Voucher (AU): KlickEx will provide the winner with the $100 AUD voucher, specifying the retailer and any terms and conditions associated with the voucher. This may be in physical or electronic form.
  • KlickEx Account Credit (FJD): The $100 AUD/NZD will be directly credited to the winner’s KlickEx account.
  • Free Transaction for a Week: Once notified, the winner’s KlickEx account will be enabled for free transactions for a period of seven (7) consecutive days. KlickEx will specify the start date of this period. This excludes any third-party fees that may apply.

9. General Terms and Conditions:

• • KlickEx reserves the right to disqualify any participant who, in KlickEx’s sole discretion, has breached these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent or unfair practices.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives unless explicitly stated by KlickEx.
  • KlickEx reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond KlickEx’s control.
  • By participating in this promotion, participants agree to have their name and/or likeness used for promotional purposes by KlickEx without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
  • KlickEx’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  • KlickEx reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • KlickEx shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained by any participant as a result of participating in this promotion or accepting any prize.
  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

By participating in this promotion, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by KlickEx to administer the promotion and contact winners. All personal information will be handled in accordance with KlickEx’s Privacy Policy.
