1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the KlickEx “Christmas Hauliday” Giveaway (the “Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Promoter

The Promoter of this Giveaway is KlickEx (hereinafter referred to as “KlickEx” or the “Promoter”).

3. Eligibility and Entry

• 3.1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to existing or new KlickEx customers who hold a verified and active KlickEx account. Employees of KlickEx and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• 3.2. How to Enter: KlickEx customers automatically receive one (1) entry into the daily prize draw for every qualifying money transfer they send during the Promotional Period.
• 3.3. Qualifying Transfer: A qualifying transfer is defined as a single money transfer transaction of AUD/ NZD $150 or more (or equivalent in another currency) sent via the KlickEx platform.
• 3.4. Multiple Entries: Customers may submit multiple entries; each qualifying transfer constitutes a separate entry into the draw for the date on which the transaction is successfully completed.

4. Promotional Period

The Giveaway commences at 12:00 AM (local time in the customer’s region) on December 1, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM (local time in the customer’s region) on December 24, 2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Only transactions completed within this period will be eligible for entry.

Promotion Period:

The promotion runs from July 4, 2024, to August 31, 2024 (“Promotional Period”).

Eligibility:

• Open to all fully verified KlickEx customers. However, specific parts of the promotion are only available to select customers.
• Employees of KlickEx and their immediate families are not eligible.
• Must meet the specific requirements for each prize as detailed below.

Prizes:

• 1,027 Free Money Transfers:

• Available to fully verified customers who have a balance greater than $10 on their KlickEx wallet/account BUT have not sent a Money Transfer in the last 3 months.  

• The free transfer is for one (1) transaction only.  

• The typical Transfer fee is $5.

• Standard fees will apply for subsequent money transfers.

• 2035 x $50 Cash Deposits (NZ / AU):

• Available to a pre-selected list of fully verified customers. These customers have used KlickEx between January 2023 and February 2024 but have not used KlickEx from March 24- June 24.

• Available to a pre-selected list of fully verified customers who had signed up, and are fully verified but had not made a money transfer between January 2023 and February 2024.

• Recipients will be notified by email.  This email will only be sent to the registered email address associated with the KlickEx customer user account. 

• To claim, the KlickEx customer must contact KlickEx by email with the code word REWARDS at: rewards@klickex.com within 7 days of notification.

• The recipient must have their KlickEx wallet/account fully verified to make the transfer of the NZ/AU$50.

• Deposits will be made within 48 hours (working days, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm) of verification.  

• Customers will be notified by email that the $50 has been deposited to their KlickEx wallet/account. The $50 cash bonus must be used by 31st of July, 2024.

• Rewards are not transferable between KlickEx user accounts.

• 15 Samsung A05 Smartphones:

• Available to loyal customers who have sent a money transfer within the past two weeks of each draw date.

• Winners will be drawn every second Thursday by the KlickEx Auckland team using random.org. The first draw will take place on the 18th of July 2024.

• Winners will be contacted by phone. KlickEx will attempt to contact the winner by phone a minimum of 2 times. If there is no answer or return message the prize will be redrawn.

• Eight (8) phones will be awarded in New Zealand and seven (7) in Australia. 

• Phones will be delivered by courier or registered mail to winners’ addresses in Australia or New Zealand.

• This prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

General Terms:

• KlickEx reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
• KlickEx’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion is final.
• By participating, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Any personal information collected will be used in accordance with KlickEx’s privacy policy.

Specific Terms for NZ/AU$50 Cash Deposit:

• If the notification email is forwarded to another customer, the reward will not be applied.
• Customers must ensure their KlickEx account details are up-to-date to receive the reward.
• If the customer account was registered in New Zealand or with a New Zealand address, they will receive NZ$50. If the customer account was registered in Australia or with an Australian address, they will receive AU$50. It is not transferable between customer accounts.
• If the customer has multiple KlickEx accounts, the money is not transferable between accounts.
• The $50 cash bonus must be used by 31st of July, 2024.
• Customers must have a fully verified KlickEx account in order to be able to send a money transfer.
• KlickEx is not liable for any delays or errors in the deposit process.

Specific Terms for Samsung A05 Smartphones:

• The phone model and specifications are subject to availability.
• KlickEx is not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery.
• Winners must provide a valid delivery address in Australia or New Zealand.
