However, specific parts of the promotion are only available to select customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employees of KlickEx and their immediate families are not eligible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Must meet the specific requirements for each prize as detailed below.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Prizes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>1,027 Free Money Transfers:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available to fully verified customers who have a balance greater than $10 on their KlickEx wallet\/account BUT have not sent a Money Transfer in the last 3 months.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The free transfer is for one (1) transaction only.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The typical Transfer fee is $5.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Standard fees will apply for subsequent money transfers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>2035 x $50 Cash Deposits (NZ \/ AU):<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available to a pre-selected list of fully verified customers. These customers have used KlickEx between January 2023 and February 2024 but have not used KlickEx from March 24- June 24.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available to a pre-selected list of fully verified customers who had signed up, and are fully verified but had not made a money transfer between January 2023 and February 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recipients will be notified by email.\u00a0 This email will only be sent to the registered email address associated with the KlickEx customer user account.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To claim, the KlickEx customer must contact KlickEx by email with the code word <\/span><b>REWARDS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:rewards@klickex.com\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rewards@klickex.com<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> within 7 days of notification.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The recipient must have their KlickEx wallet\/account fully verified to make the transfer of the NZ\/AU$50.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deposits will be made within 48 hours (working days, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm) of verification.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customers will be notified by email that the $50 has been deposited to their KlickEx wallet\/account.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The $50 cash bonus must be used by 31st of July, 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rewards are not transferable between KlickEx user accounts.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>15 Samsung A05 Smartphones:<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Available to loyal customers who have sent a money transfer within the past two weeks of each draw date.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winners will be drawn every second Thursday by the KlickEx Auckland team using random.org. The first draw will take place on the 18th of July 2024.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Winners will be contacted by phone. KlickEx will attempt to contact the winner by phone a minimum of 2 times.
